Job summary

National Car Rental is seeking an Exit Booth Agent at Orlando International Airport to provide friendly, efficient service during all stages of the rental and return process. You will verify driver information, assist with vehicle selection, and help customers with directions and local information at the exit booth.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of customer service, basic PC skills, and US work authorization. Evening shifts and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience handling customer service responsibilities.
• Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.
• Provide service to Emerald Aisle members by offering refueling option.
• Maintain the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat image.
• Ensure the Booth is stocked with supplies to meet customer needs.
• Provide customers with undivided attention while assisting at the exit booth.
• Make eye contact and greet customers; thank them at the end of transactions.
• Assist customers with directions and local information; resolve customer service issues.
• Perform other customer service duties to ensure service levels meet customer needs.
