You will explain terms, help with upgrades and options, and assist customers with reservations, rate quotes, and returns while maintaining a professional appearance and strong knowledge of company policies. Full-time schedule available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year prior customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections and services.
• Assist with reservations, rate quotes, and ticketed or walk-in customers.
• Process returns and document necessary rental information.
• Provide directions and local area information as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and contribute to a positive customer experience.
