Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year prior customer service or retail experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival using approved dialogue.
• Check for personal belongings and document items found.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Inform customers about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Ask about service satisfaction and document issues.
