Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Six months of relevant work experience in aviation or ground handling (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in providing customer service to passengers.
• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding and baggage services.
• Handle ticketing and check-in via computerized systems, including reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Support ramp operations for wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned and complete work safely.
