Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead a team of customer service agents, guiding arrivals, check-in, ticketing, baggage handling, reservations, and related inquiries.

You will mentor staff, ensure smooth passenger experiences, assist passengers including those with special needs, and uphold safety and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service across all airport touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrivals and check-in, including support for special needs.
• Handle ticketing, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
