United Ground Express in Warwick, RI is hiring an Airport Agent - Customer Service & Ramp. You will greet passengers, manage check-in and ticketing, and use reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.

Role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, working all shifts, and compliance with FAA regulations. In-person work with competitive benefits and a pay rate of $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass pre-employment checks including background and drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs and work in all weather.
• Able to read, write and understand English fluently.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees.
• Ensure passenger information is accurate and flights depart on time.
• Resolve passenger issues per policy during flight interruptions.
• May assist in Baggage Service Office with baggage tracking and questions.
• Lift baggage up to 70 lbs and operate ground equipment as needed.
