Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficient with computer systems and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional welcome at the ticket counter.
• Execute ticketing, boarding, baggage and reservation operations, including handling cash, checks, credit cards, vouchers and coupons.
• Operate self-serve kiosks and resolve related issues.
• Provide phone, web, and in-person assistance to resolve inquiries related to bookings, itineraries, and baggage.
• Handle over-sell, flight cancellations, delays, and baggage problems following company procedures.
• Maintain accurate transaction records, daily reconciliation, and required documentation.
• Submit incident reports and other required paperwork as directed.
• Assist passengers in local and international terminal operations.
