Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to type using a computer keyboard with sufficient speed.
• Ability to read files, follow commands, learn and understand ticketing procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Capacity to work well with others as part of a team and meet the general public under reasonable conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or have authorization to work within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provides pleasant service and maintains relationships with all inner and external customers.
• Works in a cooperative spirit to help the company reach its goals.
• Delivers customer support for ticketing, baggage handling, reservations, and related services through automatic point-of-sale devices.
• Handles cash, assessments, credit cards, tour vouchers, and coupons for ticket transactions and manages day‑to‑day balances.
• Checks in luggage, loads items, and answers telephone inquiries, web‑page client requests, or uses the headset system.
• Offers assistance to customers affected by oversells, delays, cancellations, misplaced bags, or other travel disruptions and resolves issues promptly.
• Provides current and accurate fare, schedule, reservation, flight arrival/departure facts and answers popular inquiries from clients and visitors.
• Completes required forms and reports per company policy.
• Writes irregularity and complaint reports as required.
• May perform other process responsibilities as directed by station leaders.
• Supports physical demands such as lifting up to 70 kilos, moving up to 50 kilos, climbing, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
