Paid training is provided; full-time positions start with 30 hours per week, offering comprehensive benefits and annual flight privileges after 30 days to eligible family members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain credentials per airport/state rules.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in and boarding.
• Handle reservations, baggage services, and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through security, customs, and immigration processes.
• Assist with wheelchair and special-needs support.
• Operate computerized ticketing and check-in systems and resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
