Job summary

Unifi, a seasoned aviation services provider, is hiring for a passenger service agent. You will greet passengers, assist with arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations, and handle inquiries and complaints with courtesy.

No experience required; paid training provided. Full-time opportunities begin at 30 hours per week, with medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off. Flight privileges after 30 days, and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED exists as a minimum educational requirement.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Credentials may be required as per airport/state/customs rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers during arrivals and check-in, including boarding and baggage handling.
• Process tickets, reservations, and boarding passes using the computerized system and resolve related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine when applicable.
• Assist ramp staff to ensure accessibility and safe handling of wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked items.
