Job summary

Unifi is seeking team members to provide exceptional passenger service for arrivals, ticketing, check‑in, and boarding. You will assist passengers, including those with special needs, and resolve related questions or complaints with a friendly approach.

No experience is required; paid training is provided for all new employees. This role includes opportunities for growth and benefits after joining the team in a busy airport environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrivals and check‑in, including support for unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair needs.
• Handle all ticketing and check‑in tasks using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures.
• Assist ramp staff to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and unloading.
• Push wheelchairs through the airport and adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned within required skills and capabilities.
• Report safety and security incidents promptly per company policy.
