Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Two+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Customer Service Agents and Leads.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage shift schedules, training, vacations, breaks, and overtime.
• Assist passengers through arrival and check-in processes and resolve issues.
• Conduct shift meetings and assist in payroll paperwork.
