• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees on assigned shifts.
• Monitors and enforces safe working habits per OSHA/TSA/DOT/FAA and company policies.
• Manages shift assignments, trainings, vacations, breaks, overtime, and back-ups.
• Communicates issues to management and conducts shift meetings.
• Assists passengers with arrivals, check-in, and special needs as required.
