Job summary

Avflight Services Knoxville is seeking a customer service agent to assist travelers at the airport. You will handle ticketing, reservations, baggage processing, and passenger assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include guiding passengers through the terminal, coordinating with flight crews, performing cargo and ground support tasks, and maintaining safety and cleanliness of cabins and work areas.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to read and write English proficiently.
• Bilingual skills a plus (additional languages valued).
• Must be able to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to all travelers.
• Process itineraries, tickets, refunds, and baggage handling.
• Assist with reservations, standby lists, and in-flight supplies.
• Guide passengers between terminals and aircraft safely.
• Load/unload cargo and operate ground support equipment as needed.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and service onboard.
• Adhere to safety procedures and de-icing as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
