Job summary

AVFLIGHT CORPORATION in Knoxville, TN is seeking a friendly, customer‑oriented agent to assist passengers and cargo operations at Avflight Services Knoxville – Alcoa. You will handle ticketing, baggage, reservations and ground transportation with a focus on safety and service.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, outdoors in changing weather. Airport experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.
• Must be available to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts plus weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers.
• Complete ticketing, fare computation, refunds and baggage handling.
• Manage reservations, baggage, cabin availability and in-flight supplies.
• Marshalling aircraft and handling ground support tasks.
• Operate ground equipment as required and ensure safety protocols.
