Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a customer service oriented team member to assist passengers with arrivals, ticketing, check-in, including boarding and baggage services at the airport.

The role requires good communication, a willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays, and the ability to follow safety procedures. Paid training is provided; flight privileges are offered after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• No experience is required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and wheelchair assistance.
• Handle ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system including boarding, baggage service, reservations and related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely and report incidents or hazards as per policy.
