Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC seeks passengers service representatives to deliver outstanding service at the airport, assisting with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, and reservations. You will resolve related inquiries or complaints and help travelers through the process with a friendly, professional approach.

Paid training is provided. The role includes working in shifts, safety procedures, and opportunities for flight privileges after thirty days, with comprehensive benefits for full‑time staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• At least two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers with a friendly welcome and assist during arrivals, check-in, boarding and baggage services.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including reservations and related inquiries or complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures.
• Maintain a highly visible customer service presence in all interactions.
• Inform passengers about itineraries, flights and luggage and make necessary announcements.
