Metropolis Technologies operates a curbside concierge service at a busy airport location. The role involves checking in passengers, handling luggage per airline requirements, and providing high levels of customer service in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

6+ months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Greet guests as they approach the desk warmly and professionally
Assist guests with check-in of luggage and verify flight itineraries
Input guest information for new enrollees in the process and process bag charges
Weigh and tag luggage, charge for overweight bags, and issue boarding passes
Provide information on locations and flight details and maintain a high level of customer service
Maintain desk organization and stock the Concierge area
Handle payments (credit card) and answer guest questions
Comply with safety, security, and hazmat procedures as trained
