Qualifications

• Previous 1-2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the desk and assist with check-in of luggage.
• Verify flight itineraries, bags count, and issue boarding passes.
• Input guest information for new enrollees and process check-in and payments.
• Weigh and tag luggage, print receipts, and secure luggage.
• Maintain professional demeanor and stock the Concierge desk.
