Job summary

SP+ at Tampa International Airport is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to assist guests with luggage, boarding passes, and flight information. The role requires early morning shifts, weekend/holiday availability, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
• Data entry and computer experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the desk and assist with check-in.
• Assist guests with luggage check-in and verify flight itineraries.
• Input guest information for new participants in the process.
• Process check-in and collect applicable bag charges per airline rules.
• Weigh and tag luggage and issue boarding passes and receipts.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
