Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at SAN FRANCISCO International Airport. The role involves greeting guests, checking in luggage, issuing boarding passes, tagging bags, and assisting with directions and information in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Shifts start very early and include weekends/holidays. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs, pass background and drug screenings, and have at least 6 months in guest services. Tips may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing.
• Available for early morning shifts and outdoor work.
• Experience in airline or travel industry preferred.
• 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the curbside desk promptly and warmly.
• Check-in luggage and issue boarding passes per airline rules.
• Tag bags and process check-ins, including baggage payments.
• Provide flight information and directions to passengers.
• Maintain the curbside desk, uphold TSA standards, and assist guests.
