The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to obtain airport credentials, and willingness to work rotating morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state.
• One year of relevant work experience in aviation or ground handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding and baggage service.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
• Promote safety and adhere to company policies and laws.
