Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a full-time Passenger Services Supervisor in Minneapolis. You will lead a team of agents providing customer service for arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and boarding, while ensuring smooth baggage handling and passenger support.

The role requires strong communication, 18+ years old, and ability to obtain required airport credentials; shifts include mornings, overnights, and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents delivering customer service for arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and boarding.
• Assist passengers with arrivals and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in via computerized systems, including boarding and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through customs, immigration, and quarantine.
• Ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked items are available for loading and arrival.
• Maintain safe work conditions and adhere to Unifi policies and laws.
