Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Supervisor for BRD. You will lead a team of agents, handling arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and related passenger inquiries to ensure a smooth travel experience.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, requiring flexibility across AM/PM shifts and adherence to safety and operational standards while supporting passengers with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of customer service agents.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain required airport credentials.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, ticketing and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through customs, immigration and quarantine as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Complete duties safely and report incidents promptly.
