HMSHost at Denver International Airport is hiring a Cook to prepare cooked foods across Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and eggs stations. You will communicate ticket times to management and ensure high-quality service for customers and staff.

This non-exempt role requires reliable, efficient performance in a fast-paced setting. Essential duties include following recipes, managing production, maintaining sanitation per HACCP, and operating varied kitchen equipment.

Formación

• Requires 1 year of cooking experience or more.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards is required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and policies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare foods according to recipes and product directions for a variety of stations.
• Communicate ticket times and issues to the manager on duty and servers.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations and equipment.
• Follow HACCP and food safety practices at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment and measure, mix, and prep ingredients.
