Job summary

United Ground Express is hiring at ILM Wilmington International Airport for an Airport Passenger Service Agent. Responsibilities include greeting passengers, performing check-in and ticketing, and using reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.

You will ensure accurate passenger information, support flight operations, and assist with baggage handling. The role requires reading, writing, and speaking English, lifting up to 70 lbs, and eligibility for airport

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must acquire credentials including fingerprint clearance and airport badge.
• Willing to work any shift, weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and assist with check-in and ticketing.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Ensure passenger data accuracy and timely flight processing.
• Respond to passenger issues per policies during interruptions.
• Lift and handle baggage up to 70 lbs.
• Operate radios to communicate with staff and flight crew.
