Job summary

National Car Rental at Fort Wayne International Airport seeks a Customer Experience Representative to provide friendly, efficient rental transactions and assist customers with terms, vehicle features, and optional add-ons. The role supports a positive rental experience through verification of driver information and timely processing.

The position offers $20.67 per hour with bonus opportunities, and a schedule that includes several afternoon/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Use company-approved techniques to determine needs and offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and extra equipment.
• Assist customers with directions and local information and answer reservations or rate questions.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and other assigned calls.
• Assist with vehicle return inspections and notify management of issues.
