Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Indianapolis Airport (IND). You will provide friendly, efficient service, verify driver information, and guide customers through the rental process.

The role offers a route schedule with evenings and weekends, plus opportunities for bonuses based on performance. The position requires strong customer service, the ability to explain terms clearly, and a focus on delivering a positive rental experience.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services to customers.
• Offer optional protections, upgrades, and fuel options.
• Provide directions and local information as needed.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries by phone or in person.
• Assist with vehicle return inspection and maintenance notifications.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored development opportunities.
