Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and add-ons to meet customer needs.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, questions, and issue resolution with customers and vendors.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
