Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport in Belgrade, MT. You will greet customers, explain terms, upsell optional protections, and assist with reservations and local information.

Earn $23 per hour with potential for a $12,000 annual bonus/commission. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, and employee discounts. Shifts vary, with several weekday options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver license with clean record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle options.
• Promote company-approved products and services to meet customer needs.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information as needed.
• Handle reservations, quotes, and general inquiries via calls and other channels.
• Assess rental return condition and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; perform optional backup duties as assigned.
