Enterprise Mobility, operator of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) in Belgrade, MT. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and guiding customers through rental terms and options.

The schedule options include Tuesday–Saturday 8:00am–5:00pm or Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm. The position pays $23/hour with potential for a $12,000 annual bonus/commission and includes

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must have a valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.

Mansioni

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and vehicle features.
• Use Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment.
• Offer directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors.
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Notify Management of any known customer problems and vehicle maintenance needs.
• Pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
