Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• Use company-approved sales techniques to determine customer needs and offer protections, upgrades, fuel options and equipment.
• Assist customers with directions and local information and answer inquiries.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via calls or in-person.
• Maintain a reliable attendance and punctuality, and perform backup duties as needed.
