• Ensure the vehicle is clean and safe for customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Review rental parameters and charges with customers to ensure understanding of rates and service charges.
• Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area information as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner and coordinate queue to minimize wait times.
