This non-exempt position reports to management and requires upholding HMSHost policies while delivering high-quality experiences. Applicants should have at least 1 year of bartending experience, knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and comfortable cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits required.
• Ability to greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Cash handling and POS experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders.
• Follow recipes and prepare beverages per standards.
• Handle payments and operate the cash register per policies.
• Maintain a clean and stocked bar area and ensure sanitation.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell where appropriate.
• Communicate with managers about issues or guest needs.
