Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Requires at least 1 year of bartending experience, high volume or fast casual background preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits; ability to prepare and present drinks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take drink/food orders, and upsell when appropriate.
• Mix ingredients according to recipes to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Collect payments and operate cash registers with proper cash handling.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and HMSHost policies.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized bar area and work environment.
