The Bartender position at HMSHost at the Orlando Airport F&B location is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink and food orders, mixing beverages, and serving beer and other beverages while ensuring accurate and timely service.

You will handle payments, follow alcohol awareness procedures, maintain a clean, stocked bar, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
• Requires at least 1 year of bartending experience, high-volume or fast casual dining preferred
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their preparation
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly manner
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, policies and brief notes
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and take drink/food orders, upsell where possible
• Follow recipes and directions to mix beverages
• Collect payments and operate cash register following cash handling policies
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication
• Follow HMSHost policies for customer service and cash handling
• Keep bar clean, sanitized, and well stocked
