The role requires staying compliant with alcohol policies, maintaining a clean bar, handling cash, and providing excellent customer service in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• At least 1 year of bartending experience preferred in high-volume or fast casual settings.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their presentation.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, upbeat manner.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and policy documents.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders, upsell products when possible.
• Follow recipes for beverage preparation.
• Handle payments and operate cash registers per company policy.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Adhere to alcohol awareness policies and manage intoxicated guests.
