Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Baggage Service Agent to assist passengers with baggage-related services, including delayed, damaged, or lost luggage, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will load/unload baggage, operate handling equipment, and coordinate with ramp staff to ensure on-time departures. Candidates need strong communication, basic computer skills, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft safely.
• Sort and transport luggage to designated areas within the airport.
• Operate baggage handling equipment and related carts safely.
• Ensure baggage is scanned, tagged, and routed to correct flights.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of baggage areas.
• Assist with aircraft arrival and departure operations as needed.
• Collaborate with ramp agents and airline personnel to meet deadlines.
