Job summary

Bag Truck LLC seeks a reliable Level 2 Agent Supervisor to lead baggage operations between the airport terminal and remote sorting facility. You will oversee a team of baggage handlers, ensure accurate identification and transport of luggage, and coordinate with airline personnel to meet routing and processing standards.

Fluent English, strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks including lifting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport-issued security badge (background check).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in airport operations or supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of baggage handlers, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
• Identify, tag, collect, and verify passenger luggage for transport to the remote sorting facility.
• Ensure baggage is properly tagged and routed per airline requirements.
• Coordinate with airline staff to confirm flight details and baggage information.
• Monitor staff performance, provide on-the-job training, and support team development.
• Maintain accurate records of baggage handling and team activity.
• Operate baggage carts or other transport equipment as needed.
• Enforce compliance with all airport and company policies.
