Contour is a long-established aviation services company offering cross-utilized airport agent roles at major airports. This position supports customer service at ticket counters, gates, and ramps, with training across both passenger and aircraft servicing duties.

You will work in indoor and outdoor settings, assisting passengers, handling bags, guiding aircraft on the ramp, and staying compliant with safety and security procedures. This role requires 18+ and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 9+ months airline/aviation experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and travel freely.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Check-in, ticketing changes, re-bookings, and special service requests.
• Assist boarding/deplaning, push wheelchairs, and aid passengers with special needs.
• Provide gate information and assist with unaccompanied minors and safety requirements.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp and observe safe ground-handling procedures.
• Perform duties as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) per security program.
