Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls to provide information and resolve issues for customers and partners.
• Make outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and follow-up as assigned.
• Deliver high levels of customer service by assisting customers over the phone and via email.
• Assist with inventory and airport-related administrative tasks, including billing support.
• Escalate issues to management as needed and document outcomes.
