Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to assist passengers with ticketing, boarding, and special assistance at our airport operations. You will be the first and last impression for travelers, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires handling tickets, baggage, seating, and safety compliance while maintaining FAA and airport rules. Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential,

Qualifications

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to work calmly under time constraints in a high‑pressure airport environment.
Available to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must present a well‑groomed, professional appearance at all times.
Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage for size and quantity, and assign seats.
Provide information on arrivals/departures, procedures, and seating arrangements.
Assist passengers with disabilities or ADA/wheelchair needs and provide special assistance as required.
Ensure FAA, airline, and airport regulations are followed at all times.
Operate jet bridges and ramps to facilitate passenger boarding and deplaning.
Report safety hazards or incidents to supervisor and complete training as required.
