Zusammenfassung

Allegiant is seeking a Standard Specialist I to support the development, documentation, and maintenance of operational policies for Station Operations. You will ensure policy clarity, compliance, and frontline usability while collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of relevant experience, strong written communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Occasional travel may be required as part of supporting regulatory alignment and training delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Aufgaben

• Assist in researching and drafting new or revised policies, procedures, and job aids that align with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather operational insights and feedback.
• Maintain policy documentation through approved systems and ensure proper version control and change tracking.
• Support communication and distribution of policy updates to internal stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Ensure procedural content is integrated into training materials by partnering with instructional design and training teams.
• Respond to routine policy-related inquiries and elevate complex questions to senior team members.
• Track and monitor deviations, waivers, and exception requests under guidance from senior staff.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, TSA, IATA) and support updates to align policies accordingly.
• Other duties as assigned.
