Job summary

Allegiant Air is seeking an Airport Contract Analyst to support Managers of Procurement in developing and managing contracts across Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities, People Services, and more at airports and training facilities. You will oversee contract management, coordinate cost analyses, and ensure timely updates in the contract system.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least three years of office management and data analysis experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Combination of Education and Experience will be considered; must be authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum three years of office management, communication and data analysis experience.
• Strong vendor negotiation and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead in creating and processing RFPs from initiation to award.
• Negotiate with goods and service providers and finalize formal agreements.
• Assist monthly/yearly cost analysis and budgeting data preparation.
• Prepare quarterly procurement KPI reports and monitor contract renewals.
• Maintain contract management system and manage digital signatures.
