Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Duty Manager, Customer Operations in Charlotte to oversee the daily below-the-wing operations across baggage, cargo, cabin maintenance and ground handling. You will lead a multi-level team and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining service excellence for customers and airline partners.

The role requires airline management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage diverse shifts in a hub-like environment.

Qualificações

• Previous airline management experience and knowledge of AOA environment.
• Proven success as a Team Leader with manpower/equipment preplanning skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with all management levels and staff.
• Ability to defuse conflicts among team members.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of below-the-wing functions across units.
• Coach and develop team members; manage performance.
• Enforce company policies and handle non-compliance.
• Manage department activities per policies and procedures.
• Lead unit managers, supervisors, and agents.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports.

Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, or related field
