Qualifications

• Willingness to work a rotating schedule (afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticketing and baggage check-in using computer systems.
• Control the check-in process and ensure proper travel documentation.
• Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers.
• Provide seat availability information, gate announcements, and flight status updates.
• Handle bag processing and boarding tasks as a Gate Agent.
• Maintain Delta's brand through professionalism and a positive mindset.
