Job summary

Delta Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support cargo operations, ensuring timely, safe and efficient handling and delivery of goods and mail for our passengers. Location: Denver, Colorado, USA.

Key duties include operating floor equipment, lifting cargo, and using scanners/computers to route items. A high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and a valid driver’s license are required, with comfort around safety procedures and PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate forklifts, tugs and tow tractors.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor guide equipment including tugs, forklifts and tow tractors.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Lift, load, unload and transport mail and cargo to and from aircraft.
• Use scanners and computers to route mail and cargo efficiently.
