Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Customer Service Agent to warmly greet passengers, answer questions, assist with check-in and boarding, and provide accurate information on schedules and services at the airport.

You will collaborate with airport departments to ensure a smooth passenger experience while adhering to airline policies, security regulations, and safety procedures. The role requires flexibility for various shifts and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to use IPads/Tablets, computers and mobile devices
• Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients (in person and electronically)
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to obtain required credentials/clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority)
• Able to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding and inquiries
• Provide flight schedules, gate info and airport services
• Process check-in and baggage handling efficiently
• Assist with self-service kiosks and online check-in
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
• Make announcements and inform passengers of changes
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport rules and procedures
• Coordinate with ground staff and crew for smooth experience
• Handle ticket sales, upgrades and re-bookings as needed
• Maintain knowledge of frequent flyer programs and loyalty services
• Support security personnel to ensure safety
• Maintain clean and stocked work area
• Participate in ongoing training to improve service quality
• Demonstrate PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
