Job summary

United Airlines in Dover, Delaware, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our airport operations, greeting customers and solving travel questions with a friendly, professional attitude.

You will assist with ticketing, baggage handling, and gate services for domestic and international travelers, while upholding safety standards and embracing new procedures and technology to deliver memorable journeys.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Comfortable working with computers, cell devices, and new technologies.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, and to lift and handle luggage.
• Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport badge requirements.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to meet the corporation attendance requirements and uniform and look standards.
