Job summary

United Airlines is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to assist domestic and international travelers in airport lobbies and at gates. You will help with ticketing, baggage handling, and greeting customers with a friendly, professional approach.

The role demands a positive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to address travel issues while keeping customers at the center of the experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well lift and handle baggage.
• Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards.
